The Pool

Immersed in an atmosphere of charm and tranquility, our pool is a true oasis of well-being. The perfect place for a vacation of relaxation and refined comfort.
Our magnificent pool is surrounded by a picturesque flower garden and ancient olive trees. Allow yourself a moment of complete leisure, sunbathing on the comfortable loungers or immersing yourself in the cool, crystal-clear water.

Common Areas

La cucina, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha accesso diretto sia alla veranda panoramica che all’ampio soggiorno/sala da pranzo, con un camino rustico e accesso all’antica terrazza adornata da un profumatissimo gelsomino siciliano, nella quale è collocato un grande tavolo dove poter godere di piacevoli momenti conviviali.

The veranda, under the thatched roof, hosts a table perfect for breakfast. For an additional fee, a customized breakfast will be provided for you, including a selection of fresh seasonal fruit, homemade jams, delicious bakery and pastry products, and a wide choice of high-quality coffee to kickstart your day on the right foot!

The villa (190 m2) and the terrace (100 m2) lead to a meticulously maintained citrus garden in the center of which stands the pool, shaded by a centuries-old olive tree and surrounded on the outer edges by various aromatic plants. Outside, you will also find a barbecue and a shower.

The Rooms

The villa features three double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and heating, and with direct access to the outdoors:

the "Princess Room" with an ensuite bathroom
the "Mulberry Room" with an ensuite bathroom
the "Aromas Room" with an adjacent bathroom

Each space is carefully furnished with attention to detail, selecting finely decorated furnishings that add a touch of elegance, harmony, and beauty.
The rooms, which overlook the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation, thanks to their brightness are the ideal place to enjoy moments of relaxation and regenerate.

The Dépendance

The dépendance at Tenuta la Moresca is a charming structure designed to accommodate two people. It has been elegantly renovated to offer a comfortable and welcoming environment for its guests.

This space includes a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is modern and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The living room is tastefully furnished, providing a perfect place to relax after a day spent by the pool or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
